Shipping International
For international shipments over $1,000, we may use UPS, FedEx, or another global courier service that we find best suitable at no additional cost to you. Additionally, some countries may impose customs fees or import taxes, which are determined by local authorities and are outside our control. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about applicable policies.
Processing Orders
Handling time is 1-3 business days for all orders. Orders placed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) will be processed within 1-3 business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped by the next business day (Monday), excluding nationally recognized holidays. Standard shipping via USPS typically takes 3-5 business days.
Incorrect Address
If an order is submitted with an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.
Package Not Delivered
Once the tracking status updates to show that the package has been received by the post office, the post office assumes responsibility for the delivery. If the tracking status later shows "Delivered" but the customer has not received the package, the customer should reach out to their local post office to inquire about the package’s whereabouts or where it was left. If the post office confirms that the package has been delivered, the customer becomes responsible for resolving any further issues. From that point onward, any concerns about delivery should be directed to the postal carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Numismatic Finds is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen if the carrier leaves the item unattended at your door or mailbox and you are not home to receive the delivery. In such cases, Numismatic Finds will not be responsible for recovering or replacing the item. It is the buyer's responsibility to track the shipment using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation to anticipate the expected delivery date. If you anticipate not being home to secure the package, we strongly recommend contacting your carrier in advance to request that the package be held at your local post office or pickup center. Taking proactive steps to ensure safe delivery is essential to prevent any loss or theft.

Numismatic Finds offers domestic and international shipping, delivering to all U.S. states and territories as well as many countries worldwide. Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain international destinations.
